Steroids make you hungry. Even if you aren't taking them anymore....you want to eat!!! This is an egg sandwich made with 3 eggs, milk, and cheese. It doesn't even fit the bread. But that's the way she wanted it. And now it's all gone.

1/4/14 Last Day of Steroids EVER!!!!
The high doses of Steroids these kids get is insanely toxic. The side effects can be so strong and overwhelming. Kallia is no exception to the manic emotions that come with these medicines. She builds up deep anger and out of control emotions that build until she is crying, yelling, and screaming for no reasons at all. Not knowing why she is melting down adds to her downward spiral because she knows she is acting completely illogical and insane and yet she feels helpless to control it. Tonight was no exception and it was all about a toaster strudel.
That is why tonight we celebrate the last dose of steroids ever to be taken (baring relapse!) Here's to no more STERIODS!!!!
